POGO's is officially banned in the Philippines as per President Marcos in his SONA

The country's offshore casino operators are not allowed to operate in the Philippines, according to President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.

Marcos emphasized that POGO activities have strayed into illegal domains like financial fraud, money laundering, prostitution, human smuggling, abduction, torture, and homicide.

"The egregious disregard for our legal system and laws has to end. In his 2024 State of the Nation Address, Marcos stated, "Kailangan na itigil ang pang gulo nito sa ating lipunan at pag lalapastangan sa ating bansa."

"As of today, all POGOs are prohibited."
